TRELL is built on the dedication of volunteers like YOU—our coaches. Your time, effort, and passion help shape young athletes, instilling in them a love for the game while developing their skills and sportsmanship.

Our mission is simple: teach, encourage, and inspire. Every player deserves a positive, supportive environment where they can grow and improve. With the right training and guidance, we can help every child reach their potential—all for the love of baseball.

Building Your Coaching Team

Depending on your age group, you will have anywhere from 3 to a full team of assistant coaches. As a Team Manager, it’s your role to build strong relationships with them to create a collaborative and supportive coaching environment. By working together, you’ll ensure each child gets the instruction and encouragement they need to succeed. Your teamwork is key to the growth and success of every player.

Team Support

Each team should have a Team Mom/Admin to assist with fundraising, work bonds, and other essential tasks. If your team does not yet have one, please ask for a parent volunteer to fill this important role!
